When the mind is knotted, your feet can loosen things a little on your behalf
Some answers don't come from sitting and thinking them through — they light up slowly as you walk.

You've opened to a pair of shoes sitting by the door. They're not urging you on a long journey — just reminding you: when thoughts are spinning in the same circle, your body can carry you half a step out of it.
If you've been thinking for too long and the longer you think, the narrower it gets, the book has opened to "move a little." Not to use busyness to cover up feelings — but to let your breath, your muscles, and your line of sight shift position. Often what's keeping you stuck isn't the answer itself, but staying in the same posture for too long.
You're waiting for a complete map to appear in your mind before allowing yourself to move. But people don't only make sense through their minds — the body also tells you where things feel tight, where they feel loose, where part of you has actually been wanting to leave for a while.
Go for a ten-minute walk, or stretch, take a shower, move to a different room. Don't rush to reach a conclusion along the way — just ask yourself: is there a little more space than before? Let the body lead first, and the answer will come less squeezed by anxiety, more like something grown from inside you.
