About Hitohira

Hitohira is a personality quiz platform built around a warm, healing aesthetic. The name is inspired by the Japanese phrase komorebi — the dappled sunlight that filters through leaves, fleeting and beautiful, inviting you to pause. We believe that self-discovery can feel exactly like that: gentle, non-judgmental, and tinged with a little wonder.

Where We Started

Hitohira began with a question: why do most personality quizzes either feel too clinical or too throwaway? We wanted the middle ground — genuine reflection delivered in a warm tone, paired with original result cards worth sharing.

What We Do

We design and publish handcrafted personality quizzes, each with original artwork. The scoring engine underneath is built for entertainment and self-exploration — not psychological diagnosis or any officially validated clinical tool.

Hitohira's technical architecture follows an "engine once, reskin many" philosophy: a shared scoring logic core paired with swappable themes, copy, and artwork. Each quiz has its own visual identity, result write-ups, and share cards, giving every experience a distinct atmosphere while maintaining consistent quality standards underneath.
