Next time you could say: "There's something I really want to share - can I take two minutes?" After you've said it, ask them if there's anything they've liked lately too. Letting the feeling go both ways means you don't have to carry all that energy by yourself.
You can remember that you said it, and notice whether that moment actually felt good. Getting this card doesn't mean you have to be the one carrying the room's energy at every gathering from now on. Expression comes in different sizes - sometimes one honest "I really like this" is enough to give an ordinary night a different flavor.
