You don't have to disguise needing help as being fine
Someone who truly trusts you won't think less of you for reaching out.

You've opened to a rope ladder hanging from a window. It isn't a miracle, and it isn't someone coming to solve everything — it's just a place to borrow some support. This page says: you don't have to disguise every moment of needing help as still being able to hold on.
If you've been thinking through the same thing many times over but keep ending up in the same room, the book has opened to "let someone look at it with you." Not because you're not strong enough — but because some problems simply shouldn't have to live in just one person's head. Being understood for a moment doesn't cost you control.
You're afraid of imposing on others, afraid of being seen in a state of disarray, afraid that once you speak up, you'll owe something. So you swallow the need back down — until you've swallowed so much that even you have begun to believe that being alone is just how it should be. But a relationship that can only hold the polished parts will struggle to really hold you.
Choose someone safe and share just one small honest thing: I've been stuck lately — can I talk to you for ten minutes? You don't have to say it all at once, and you don't need an immediate solution. Just let another person sit beside you. The world stops being only one angle. Reaching out isn't weakness — it's giving yourself one more way through.
